This little cutie is Patsy, one of the most popular dolls made by Effanbee in the 1930s. This is a vintage and original Patsy and not one of the newer reproductions. She is a petite 13 to 13 1/2 inches tall and made of composition with a darling molded and painted Bob so popular during The Great Depression. For a 90 year old compo doll she is in great condition with a smooth body free of notable chips, cracks or crazing. She has clear eyes and complete sable lashes and no rubs to her hair paint.
