eBay Vtg Composition Effanbee Big Patsy Lou Doll w Heart Bracelet Here is a really beautiful Effanbee all composition Patsy Lou doll. She is the harder to find larger size. I have provided a detailed description, so scroll down for the rest of the story. DETAILS: HEIGHT: about 22” MARKS: Effanbee Patsy Lou embossed on back. HAIR: Honey blonde human hair wig over molded unpainted hair. COMPOSITION : No repainting or touch up to features . There has been a repair on the seams on either side of her head under the wig and a sealed crack on the back of the neck. There is virtually NO crazing and the composition is still smooth. No flaking or lifting.. EYES: sleep brown eyes that open and shut perfectly. Does not seem to be missing any eyelashes. The eyes have been oiled for clarity. CLOTHES: The clothes are all 1930s vintage. She is wearing cotton dress with a matching bonnet, white cotton teddy,, rayon knit socks, newer faux suede, smooth soled shoes She also has her original heart bracelet. CONDITION: Very excellent - overall condition so Patsy will display great. ,. No lifts or peels She has all her fingers and toes. Check the photos for they are an important part of the description.
