22â? VINTAGE 1930's EFFANBEE PATSY LOU With Original Shoes. She comes dressed in darling Christmas dress, hairband, cute basket with Ganz Teddy Bear and wreath. She also comes with extra yellow and white gingham Vintage Dress. She has her handmade slip and undies and cute vintage socks. Her eyes open and close easily. She is nicely strung and holds a pose even without a stand. Beautiful original paint. So sweet! Very nice compo with virtually no crazing. Some on her hair. She still has a nice sheen. Lovingly cared for by a long time Patsy collector.
